A: No, it is just for online copyright purposes. Your purchased or downloaded photo will not have the watermark on it.

A: We do not sell digital files.


RECEIVING ORDERS

Q: How long does it take to receive prints?

A: USPS First Class mail can take up to 14 days, but usually prints are received in 5-7 days.


PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Q: What if I don't receive my order or my prints are damaged?

A: Prints will be reprinted and reshipped if there is a problem with the order or if the order is not received.

Q: What if a photo is identified incorrectly or there is a misspelling of someone's name?

A: Please email Maggie Casey of the Media Relations department maggie.casey@mu.edu if you spot any errors on the
site. The more we reduce misspellings, unidentified players and photos without proper
photo credit, the more accurate our site becomes.
